Jamie Lynn Maniscalco

Jamie Lynn Maniscalco (she/her) is Founder & President of Theia Solutions, a political firm focused on being a catalyst for change. As a political advisor & fundraiser, Jamie works with women, BIPOC, and LGBTQAI+ candidates to shift the trajectory of our country by electing leaders that echo a founding sentiment of this nation: “a democracy for the people, by the people”. As a 200-hour certified Yoga Alliance Instructor, Jamie integrates mindfulness with her 19 years of experience in the political process to be an intuitive and grounded member of any team.

In 2020, Jamie created and directed RUN NOW, the National Organization for Women’s (NOW) first virtual training program, teaching members how to run for office and become professional political operatives.

Jamie joined the Emerge sisterhood as a trainer in 2016. Over the past decade, she’s personally trained over 2,000 women through Emerge programs and at the Harvard Kennedy School Women In Power Conference.

Jamie served on fundraising teams for President Obama’s PAC Organizing For Action, the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee, the Democratic Party of Virginia, Senator Jeanne Shaheen, Congresswoman Jennifer McClellan’s Gubernatorial PAC, Governor Terry McAuliffe’s PAC, Governor Ralph Northam’s PAC, Lieutenant Governor Gazala Hashmi’s PAC, Virginia Speaker Eileen Filler-Corn, Georgia Secretary of State Candidate Bee Nguyen. Theia Solutions' current and previous clients include: Georgia State Representative Regina Lewis-Ward, Delegate Adele McClure for Congress, Alexsis Rodgers for Virginia State Senate, and Ellen Spiegel for Nevada State Controller, and various local campaigns.

Jamie began her political journey as a Field Organizer for President Barack Obama in Eastern North Carolina and served on his Second Presidential Inaugural Committee. An alumna of East Carolina University, she earned dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and Philosophy. Jamie serves on the Board of the Center for Survey Research at East Carolina University.
