Rebecca Marques is a political strategist and organizer with over a decade of experience. Most recently, Rebecca served as the Vice President of National Organizing for Reproductive Freedom for All. During her time at the organization, she led the independent expenditure voter contact program for the organization in key states and helped build a year round organizing program that recruited 85,000 new volunteer leads.

Previously, she served as the CEO of Texas Signal, an independent progressive media organization and currently serves as the Chair of the Board. Additionally, she has worked as the Director of Coalitions for Beto O'Rourke's 2022 gubernatorial campaign following two cycles as the Texas State Director for the Human Rights Campaign. In that role, she led the organization’s legislative and electoral work in the state. Prior to joining HRC, she served as a Political Strategist for the ACLU of Texas, leading the organization’s LGBTQ and reproductive rights work.
