We deliver progressive training and services that understand the need for public engagement, along with the necessity for safety & security. We pair advocacy & crisis management experience with security expertise to ensure a deep assessment of needs and solutions for people.

The DSP team has firsthand experience leading organizations that have faced physical and cyber threats. We have managed non-profit organizations under attack by domestic and foreign agents, rebuilt programs after data breaches, managed legal threats, and even faced down firearms, bombs, and death threats in our work. 

Keeping our people, teams, and work safe is a challenge that requires holistic solutions. Our approach to security is people-centric, prioritizing physical safety, cyber security and privacy, event and protest protocols, along with emotional well-being. Investing in security, safety, and awareness helps us all build the resolve and resilience for people in the United States working to protect democratic freedoms and drive the change we wish to see in the world.
